"This day heading up to Camp 4 was my favorite day on my successful expedition to Lenin Peak. It was our first good day of weather on the mountain, before hand we were beaten by storms and strong winds coming from the North. But there it was. Lenin Peak's summit, just 2 two days away. it was special knowing that me and my team spent months planning and preparing for this expedition, and seeing the good spell of weather we had was magical. I was excited to move up, even though even step I took was a step into the unknown, into the danger that lies ahead, into the trials that I knew were coming."
