Annapurna II - Limited Edition Fine Alpine Print
"Seeing this view of Annapurna II was one of the most incredible I have seen of any mountain. This particular day, after the night's snowstorm that blanketed every peak in sight, including the ground I was standing on, I heard what must've been 5 or more avalanches, of which came from the Northern wall of Annapurna II. Though the peak was far away, these collapses collages of ice, rock, and snow, echoed through the region like thunder in the midst of a storm. It was intense, and humbling, but I could not take my eyes off such beauty and awe. I captured this photo very close to the final push above Thorong La, and after that, I never saw the mountain again." - Ronnie Forslund
